any clues??

I tried reseting back to my base theme

interesting the double vision occurred from just before I clicked "upgrade" - i thought it would go away but nah, even after reverting to the base them

thanks again all for the help!!!

Your dashboard Ajax is loading the home page. Try clearing all caches, and remove all folders in templates_c.

Thanks again Hershel - but that didn't help

what did help was me grabbing the right version of civicrm from sourceforge - doh!

i was grabbing the drupal 7 one not the d6 one...

I think i have the same issue. Could you elaborate a little more on how you fixed this issue??

I don know what "d6"(Drupal) means...

CiviCRM is packaged for various CMS's. You must get the right one. But just getting one that says "drupal" is not sufficient if your CMS is Drupal.

You must get the one for the correct version of Drupal.

On SourceForge, the package with no number, i.e. just "drupal" is for Drupal 7. The one with "drupal6" is for Drupal 6.
