Hello

We are having the following issues and was looking for some help on the following issue or if anyone has got civicrm profile to be editable to member profile in wordpress

Civicrm hook working on admin profile create mode
/wp-admin/admin.php?page=CiviCRM&q=civicrm/profile/create&gid=13&reset=1&snippet=2

But the same Hook is not called on following URL which is used to create and edit profile of user for all wordpress role with snippet in URL.(I am using 'civicrm_buildForm' hook.)
/?page=CiviCRM&q=civicrm/profile/edit&gid=13&reset=1&snippet=2
