Advanced Settings is not show up in Profile Settings

Hi,

  "Advanced Settings" is not show up in my Profile Settings page.  Pleas help me.

I use firebug,  the error message "ReferenceError: CKEDITOR is not defined".

Please help me.

I know what's wrong with it.

Old IE does not support json.

Need to download json2.js from https://github.com/douglascrockford/JSON-js

Put this <script src="json2.js"; type="text/javascript"> somewhere in your code.
