Tracking longitudinal data (and doing math)
November 14, 2012, 06:21:53 pm
I am working with some folks who are interested in using their CRM to track longitudinal data on their members. What this would look list is that member accumulate points for doing certain things (like attending an event, etc.) and then can spend their points on premiums or gifts.

This could require some math where total points are calculated to quickly show how many points they have to spend.
