Multiplied payment

On my site I sell a book for 22,50 €.
I received a payment for it in Ubercart (Paypal) which worked allright, but then the payment was transferred to Civi and suddenly something strange happened. Now there were two lines for the same porchase.

One for 22,50 with the correct description ('Bijdrage stralingsboekje') with as source Ubercart order

amd one line mentioning ten times this amount (225,-) and 'Donatie' as type and as source 'Boek stralingstekort'.

I just do not understand why this payment is also interporeted as 'Donatie' nor why the amount should multiply by a factor 10.
I now see that this happened all over my database. Please help

Can someone please look into this? This problem makes my whole Civicrm setup useless. I have no idea where to look.

how did u transfer the paymen from ubercart to civi? I'd check that code and debug there

Theo are you using either uc_civicrm or uc_civicrm_product modules?

Then this is not a civicrm problem - though it affects your civicrm - and you will need to try and debug those modules or get support from the module maintainers.

I have one site under development running with both those, but haven't (yet) noticed the same problem

Yes it's most likely the uc-civicrm module, but there the maintainer does not reply anymore. It actualy means that the entirety of Civicrm has become useless for me. No crocodile tears here, this is very fundamental and I have been trying for months now to solve this and I just do not see a way out. Thanks anyway.

Hi Theo,

Since the modules are open source, you should be able to hire someone to debug the problem you're describing and fix the bug.  There's a subforum on here for hiring developers - I hope you find what you're looking for!
