Required Checkbox In Event Price Set
November 16, 2012, 11:59:37 am
Is there a way of requiring a fee in one list of a price set and having the rest optional for different parts of an event?

Example:

Convention Registration: $35.00 (required)
Saturday Lunch: $15.00

I'd like the convention registration mandatory but the lunch optional.

Any way to do that in a price set? Or is there a way to have 2 price sets in one event?

I'd do this with some css and a template override. It wouldn't make the convention necessarily "required" in the sense you are thinking, but you can have it so that its already seleceted when the form loads and the sure cannot unselect it.
