Integrating Webform to CiviCRM

I have installed the Drupal Webform-CiviCRM module. From the CiviCRM tab in the form page, there are some fields that I can add. However, the fields I want do not exist in that list.

I want a form with the following fields:
-First Name
-Last Name
-Phone Number
-Company Name
-Company Website
-City
-Country
-Number of Employees (this isn't a must- but just additional info)

It's for my B2B website.

Can someone please guide me where I can attain such fields through the CiviCRM tab?
