Organization Details profile does not display for FREE Membership - On Behalf of

I'd like to be able to give teachers an opportunity to sign up their School for a FREE Membership - but I can only get the Organization Details profile on a Contribution Page to display if I configure Execute real-time monetary transactions - which is not necessary as it's a FREE Membership.

I reproduced it on drupal.demo.civicrm.org:

1. http://drupal.demo.civicrm.org/civicrm/contribute/transact?reset=1&id=8
(Organization Details profile shows)

Made a copy of this contribution page - and made the following edits:
Configure -> Contribution Amounts ->
uncheck Execute real-time monetary transactions
uncheck PP Pro
uncheck Pay later option
Save

This produces:
2. http://drupal.demo.civicrm.org/civicrm/contribute/transact?reset=1&id=9
(The payment options are gone - but so is the Organization Details profile)

Am I missing something really obvious?

i suspect this case was not considered in the below

if you can take a look at the code and can contribute a patch for this that would be great

I thought I'd gone bananas [for sure I had been able to do this before] - but I just confirmed I can do the above as recently as 4.1.5 - I realize that's not a patch - but it's a good start.

Possibly related, another piece of functionality that broke in 4.2 when a payment processor isn't enabled:

It's likely I will not have time until the Code sprint in Toronto early Dec. [flight booked; signed up; cleared my schedule].

I tried to replicate the same on my local install and our demo, but couldn't.

The Onbehalf profile shows up even when I uncheck Execute real-time monetary transactions.

Hi Yashodha,

I just reproduced it:
http://drupal.demo.civicrm.org/civicrm/contribute/transact?reset=1&id=5

If "Check 'Required' to force ALL users to contribute/signup on behalf of an organization" -> then the Fieldset for New Organization doesn't show. If it's Optional and the user clicks it -> then it all works fine.

This was working fine back to 4.1.6 - hope that helps!
