Access Control in Joomla. Did I missed one point
November 21, 2012, 07:04:46 am
I installed civicrm over joomla 2.5 on my computer.  All contacts will be users.  I have created groups of users which can see only part of the contacts (other users).  I want those users to be able to see the restricted information when they register to the joomla website pages.
I have created two joomla pages based on the custom search functions, basic and access my own cases and activities.
In order to see the contacts on the website I have to authorise Civicrm: access civicrm, other authorisations are
Civicrm: access all custom data,
civicase: access  my cases and activities
Civicase: add cases

Then I test the site with restricted rights user profile.
Unfortunately when I do this, above the search engine in my joomla website page i get CRM>findcontacts>custom Searches with hyperlink to each of the three words.
When clicking on CRM or findcontacts i go right on the Joomla administrator page and when I click on custom researches I get all the alternative researches.  Is there a way to desactivate or remove those links?
