Unable to insert an image into mail etc. [SOLVED]

I am unable to insert an image into anything. The KCFinder pops up but there does not appear to be an insert option. Upload works OK ... but then what am I supposed to do?

Can you please try this on the public demo
http://demo.civicrm.org
And post a detailed step-by-step of how to reproduce the problem so we can look at it.
Try asking your question on the new CiviCRM help site.

I did not realize that I had to double click on the image to insert since CKEditor browser has an Insert tool.
