Civimail Opt out link gives Error: CiviCRM-001
November 22, 2012, 04:04:39 am
Hi
When the recipient of a mailing list message connects to the opt out link in, they are taken to an error page that indicates that the recipient doesn't have permission to view the page, as below.

CiviCRM-001
Error: CiviCRM-001

Sorry but we are not able to provide this at the moment.
You do not have permission to access this page

Return to home page.

The link looks like this : http://mydomain.com/index.php?option=com_civicrm&task=civicrm/mailing/optout&reset=1&jid=320&qid=29463&h=b5ab7e56a3100731

Any ideas of what I'm missing in my setup?
