Importing the contact's message
November 22, 2012, 04:16:57 pm
Hi,

Is there a way that I can import a contact's message?

For example,

If Contact "A" sent me a message saying "Where is my company located?"

Is there a way I can import (and store) this question in CiviCRM (for future reference)?

Thanks,

Mango

yes, civi can import this directly from an email account

check the book for the documentation on EmailProcessor.php and filing emails as activities
