Contribution and Event Page errors

We are able to use our Contribution and Event pages to some degree.  They work from time to time.  The problem we have is they also time out and go blank when a person goes from the first page and clicks continue or after the Confirm page and other times it works good and makes the donation.

1. whats your hosting provider?

2. most likely the below is due to either php execution time limit or memory limit (more likely the former) on your host

Civi is a fairly resource heavy module, so you need a good hosting provider
