CiviSMTP Account Settings

Hello,
when i went to test my settings, i got the following errors, Please help:

Civimail User Check : it appears that the proxy URL that you gave is invalid
SMTP Authorization Check : It appears that your account has been blocked. :(. We really want to help you send mail so please contact civismtp@uas.coop to resolve the issue
Email Domain Check : The MX records for newsletter.rlcfl.org are correctly configured
SMTP Account settings updated for RLCFL

Please help..

Hi,  the account is blocked due to some misconfiguration issues.  I have started an email thread with you to resolve the problems.
