 ??? Why can't I import contacts using a excel file? Or, I can how?

Hello curiosity,

The first thing you need to check for is what format your file is. As far as I know, CiviCRM only allows you to use .CSV (Comma Separated Values) files. I think Excel automatically saves to .xlsx .  If that doesn't help, we'll need a little bit more information.

indeed - just save your excel file in csv format and you should be on your way...
