Hekp Understanding/Fixing Install Problem

I installed CiviCRM successfully in Drupal 7, and then stupidly deleted my database. When I try to re-install, it hangs and I get a white or "Not Found" page.

The error log entry follows. Can someone help me understand/fix it? Did the old install keep an old contact id for admin? Any assistance appreciated (I tried to post the full error, but the message board mistook it for an external link):

May be fixed (no further action needed unless I post again).

Logging out, emptying the Drupal `sessions` database and logging back in helped. Still testing, but was unable to enter any Contacts before and have now entered a New Organization successfully.
