Access Denied on view contribution

I am unable to view any contribution details, even with an administrator user. When I click 'View' on any contribution, I get the error "Access denied.  You are not authorized to access this page."


I have checked the Drupal ACL for and CiviContribute: access CiviContribute  CiviContribute: edit contributions. Both ACL entries are enabled for Administrators. I have also reviewed the settings for CiviCRM Role Sync and added several permissive ACLs in the CiviCRM Permissions section.

How can I troubleshoot this error? Is there a log file that would be relevant to this problem?

since u cannot see them for even the admin user (which bypasses ALL acl's and permissioning), I suspect this might be a url issue

Can u check the urls of your main page and the url of the access denied page and ensure its the same host

Yeah, I am not sure what the problem was. We recently switched to a static IP address, perhaps something was still in flux. The problem seems to have resolved itself.
