Need to log in twice before able to manage Cases
December 03, 2012, 08:04:37 am
Hello
When I (admin) log in to Civi I can search the CiviCase-db and find customers and view their cases. However, when I try to [manage] cases I get the startscreen and must log in again. After that I have to search customer again but are now able to [manage] cases.
It stays that way, until i close the www-browser (Firefox or Chrome). After that, when i start the browser again, I'm back at square 1

Does anyone know what causes this behaviour and/or know how to fix it?

Kind Regards
Miesjel

Hi,

are you able to access your site using several domain names (the common one is with and without the www, that's seen as two domain names) ?

It's often that you start without the www. then it tries to switch to without it and because you are only authenticated on the www. domain, it fails and get you the feeling of being stuck
