What file to change onscreen text

I'm trying to locate the file that contains the text on the Event Module where I can change the text that appears right under my Classes Available price set. Current text reads: "Please select the class you would like to register for." I'd like to add on to that text, but can't seem to find where that text is coming from.

Depending on where precisely that's appearing, you may be able to edit this text either through the Online Registration part of the event or in the price set in use.

I'm also trying to find the TPL file that is used to create the Email that is automatically mailed out when someone registers for an event and does a "Pay Later".  I need to change that table to re-label some of the words that are being used by CivicCRM.  I found lots and lots of TPL files but can't figure out one that includes the following format.
