I have gone through the documentation and need some help.

I have a webform  to allow groups to participate in an event(not using Civievent). I don't require a person to sign on but have a search for a Club which is a form of an organization. On completion the form gets saved. If I look at the form it has the club name and I can click on it and see the club. I want it attached to a tab for the Club, but have not figured out how to accomplish it.

Writing the above post helped me understand the problem. It was basically creating an Activity subject and adding it to the webform.
