Assigning contacts to an internal person in my company
December 08, 2012, 09:30:26 pm
Hi,

We have 3 people in the company that are responsible for keeping up-to-date with contacts. How can I assign certain contacts to one of these 3 people, then is it possible for them to assign the contact to someone else?

Is there a way I can do this?

Thanks

Hershel

You could make a custom field which is a contact reference and then each contact "links" that way to your staff member.

Or you could make a 3 groups or 3 tags like "Joe's Group" etc. and then just assign people to a staff member that way.
