Example: Someone pledges $100 per year for the next 5 years. Great. The first two payments come in and we mark them as such in CiviCRM. Great. But then the donor contacts us and says they're unable to fulfill their remaining three pledges. How do we record this in CiviCRM?

I hope there is a way to do this now that I just can't see. But just FYI, here's where I expected to find this capability: the pledge payments have links to "record payment", "submit payment", and "edit payment". Perhaps there could be another link for "cancel payment" or maybe this option just exists when you click "edit payment". Then if I cancel all the remaining payments for a pledge, the pledge should get marked as completed.
