Email Billing Address
December 11, 2012, 09:49:32 am
Dear all

I have set up a membership registration form with an integrated profile and used the primary email field in the profile.

However, when signing up, the email address is written into the billing email address field instead.

Seems that this behaviour is due to the fact, that a membership form is a contribution.

Is there any possiblity to change this?

Thank you for your support.

Best regards
Adrian

I believe this will depend on what Payment Processor you are using. What is yours?

I just set up the dummy processor, as there is currently not yet an option to really pay online.

Best,
Adrian

Some payment processors collect data as part of Screen1 on a contribution form - and i think these include Billing Address fields. I wouldn't worry about this till you know what sort of Payment Processor you are using.
