Would like to show a list of contacts publicly: any way without ACL?

We'd like to show a list of members who offer services to the non-logged-in public. Ideally, we'd have a specific profile available.  Is there any way to do that in CiviCRM/WordPress? Can that be done without ACL?

Any guidance will be greatly appreciated.
