CiviCRM Training Outline (Basic)

Hello Everyone,

I'm starting to educate myself with CiviCRM in Joomla. My work is to train some staff in the office for this system which I myself lacks knowledge about this stuff. Can I ask help from anyone a Training (basic) Outline just to help me get started. Just the important topics to discuss. It looks easy but its really complicated for me. Any replies from you guys is highly appreciated. Thanks a lot!
