Hi,
I noticed in Custom Field, there is the possibility of uploading a file. I have the following question:
- Is it possible to restrict the file type? E.g. JPG or PNG
- Is it possible to restrict the file size?
- Where is the uploaded file stored? Would that be in Sites folder or is it in the database BLOB?

We are planning on using CiviEvents registration for an event requiring a photo of the participant. Would you recommend this approach?

I don't think so.

There may be a global setting, but not one for each fieldj.

sites folder in the CiviCRM folder.
