Exporting Notes' Subject, Date etc.
December 20, 2012, 10:31:03 pm
Dear all,
Anyone know if it's possible to export multiple notes for an individual / organization separately instead of getting a concatenation of all of the notes?  (this is what I get when I use the regular export Note(s) function)

In addition, is it possible to also export the note's "subject", "date created", "Created by" with the notes' contents.

Thanks v. much and Merry Xmas!

Hershel

Not sure if this can be done via the regular web interface, but you could always write an SQL query to get this directly from the database.
