I don't think that's it.  I querried the civicirm_group table, and the only thing that stood out were NULL values for names.  I assume those are smart groups or something?

I came across this issue today (The groups pages were the only ones not displaying) and found that trashing the
Code: [Select]
templates_c directory fixed the problem.
