Hi

When I send a mailing through CiviCRM a significant minority of people report that it arrives in their inboxes 'scrambled'. I'm not a techie myself and our web company is looking into this, but I'd appreciate your thoughts on whether this is an issue with the HTML I'm uploading, or with CiviCRM itself.

When I look at the 'scrambled' emails they seem to start with a lot of indecipherable code (beginning with "Return-Path: <bounce.1.71.8186.323c31b59d1dada..."), then show the text version, and then show the html version (the html code itself, rather than the nice-looking email).

Are most of the recipients who report an issue using windows and outlook? if so, can you find out what version of outlook

are you sending the mail via CiviMail or "Send Email to Contacts"

I'm sending the mail via CiviMail.

Some of the recipients who've reported an issue are using MS Outlook 2000 - maybe not all.
