[SOLVED] Error Message After Editing Contact Information from User FrontEnd
December 31, 2012, 10:29:34 am
So I have setup a member profile editing page on my CMS Front End.

I have two problems I can't figure out.

#1) I cannot access the contribute page unless I'm logged in.  I've scowered the Joomla ACL and It looks right to me the Error Msg is:

Sorry but we are not able to provide this at the moment.
The requested Profile (gid=1) is disabled OR it is not configured to be used for 'Profile' listings in its Settings OR there is no Profile with that ID OR you do not have permission to access this profile. Please contact the site administrator if you need assistance.

I really feel like its permission based, all my custom fields are set to public view (this is a membership contribution page) and I've granted access CiviCRM and contribution pages under ACL and then i started enabling more thing to see if it would help, my target behavior is that when an unlogged in user joins as a member it silently creates a joomla accont (the membership contribution page has

I have read http://forum.civicrm.org/index.php?topic=14922.0 which is the only error msg that hits in search but it doesn't seem related.

#2) After I use the editing page to update my member info (when I'm logged in) I have two options at the bottom mapping or return to list.  If i click return to list I get:

No fields in this Profile have been configured to display as a result column in the search results table. Ask the site administrator to check the Profile setup.

What am i missing?

Please forgive my ignorance, I'm just not seeing a "Joomla Permissions" anywhere I see Access Control Layers and plenty of Joomla Permissions there but no anonymous user.

Where should i be looking?
