In my CiviCRM Administration Panel (/civicrm/admin?reset=1) I see that the current version of CiviCRM seems to be 4.2.7, yet the download page on the web site http://civicrm.org/download/ is still pointing to 4.2.6. 
So has 4.2.7 actually been formally released? 
I'm not seeing anything about this on the News and Annoucements Forum.... http://forum.civicrm.org/index.php/board,3.0.html ...should I?

Please would someone clarify this?
