Unable to access civimember and civiContribute

I'm trying to use civimember and civicontribute but its showing me the following screen every time I try to use them

and Yes ,I've checked the user's permissions but still I'm unable to access it

???

Hello fanaticdeveloper,

Have you enabled them in the Admin menu?

Go to Administer-->System Settings-->Enable CiviCRM Components. Select CiviMember and CiviContribute from the left column, then select enable. Select save, and you should be able to access these components.

Well I already have them enabled but still I'm not able to access them ....

Am I missing something here ?

The screenshots you posted indicate a JS error. Can you look at this page with Firebug in Firefox?

I meant for you to find the JS error via Firebug. Sounds like it just cleared your caches or some such and it fixed itself.
