I can take contributions on the CiviContribute pages I created.  But on the Contribution tab under the Contacts (Home » View Contact » Search Results), once I have searched on someone, I should be able to make a contribution when I click on Submit Credit Card Contribution.  I've tried it and the page doesn't work.
 
I get this error:

The URL above is the page I am having a problem with.  The last four digits in the URL are the Contact ID for the person I was trying to make a charge for.

I am using Internet Explorer.  Perhaps it's time to change to Firefox.  Yes, got the SSL certificate, just waiting for the server guy to install it.
