Looking for assistance in changes/customization for CiviCRM 4.1 on Drupal 6

We have been working with CiviCRM for about a year but we need to changes/customization needed in order to improve functionality and increase productivity.
Looking for programmer immediately, may include long term relationship for customization down the road-
Please respond with availability and general rates
