Background:
The Non Profit sporting organization has several members who are family members.  For instance a Dad may compete and his 3 childeren.  When the father signs himself up as a member he uses his own email address, and when he signs up his childeren he also uses his email address.  This creates a problem with allowing the father to edit his own membership profile and his childeren.

Scope:
We need a custom hook or other workflow that will enable a member to sign himself up as well as unlimited amount of members under his own email.  When the user navigates to the edit profile page, a table listing 1..n of hyper links that says edit member Jon Doe, edit member Sally doe, etc is available to the user.  In this system any user who creates a Joomla account will be able to edit any other member account with that email address.  This should exist for any contact whether it is an individual or organization.

Budget is negotiable, payable 50% down and 50% upon completion and acceptance that project parameters have been met.
