Author Topic: Uncaught TypeError when using with User Access Manager plugin (Read 1091 times)

When I activiate both User Access Manager http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/user-access-manager/ and CiviCRM I get the following error on CiviCRM admin pages:

Code: [Select]

Uncaught TypeError: Object [object Object] has no method 'tooltip' functions.js:44
(anonymous function) functions.js:44
o jquery.min.js:2
p.fireWith jquery.min.js:2
e.extend.ready jquery.min.js:2
c.addEventListener.B jquery.min.js:2

The main menu and many CiviCRM tasks work, but tabbed pages and others have issues.

Any guidance about how to fix this will be greatly appreciated.

Would appear that that plugin is not compatible with CiviCRM. Your error regarding functions.js--can you see the location of that file? I'm certain its' part of that User Access Manager plugin.

Thanks, Herschel. I found that several people are having this issue with the other plugin, so yes, it's not CiviCRM.

Yes, we struggled with User Access Manager. Ended up using the revamped Capability Manager: http://presspermit.com/capability-manager/.
