Is this workflow possible?
-Event created with online registration
-Users sign up for event using online registration
-At the end of the event, all users who registered get a survey link to this event

You could send CiviMail to all the event participants manually, yes.

Hello gsaha,

You can accomplish this by using the advanced search to search for contacts who registered the event. Next, select all records and choose send email to contacts from the action menu. Include the link to the survey in the email, and you are set.

Thanks jason and hershel.
I was wondering if the built in survey functionality in civicrm could be used for this instead of providing a survey link to an external survey tool

depending on how complex a survey you are planning you might want to read up on webform_civicrm integration as webform allows for more complex survey forms - and you can use a checksum in your civimail to get people to the webform 'logged in'
