Reverting contact information to previously saved

Hi there,

A colleague recently changed something on a contact entry, and realized she deleted a few things. Since this is related to an organization (with multiple contacts assigned), it would be important to retrieve those.

I see the log with who did what, but I can't revert to that version.

Can someone help?

Our default logging does not support this feature. we just keep track of when things changed

there is more advanced, table level logging which you can enable and experiment with if you want to see the changes made in detail. I dont remember, if that allows a revert, but it does contain enough info in a good format to make a revert possible in the future

The only other option would be to examine a backup of your database. Many hosts provide daily backups.
