Hello,

I'd like to query my CiviCrm database to obtain names of people who received a mailing from me (actually, from another user). Unfortunately, the mailing was not created through CiviCrm: the only activity that CiviCrm did is to print mailing labels.

When I search through "advanced search", "Print Maling Labels" is not among searchable activities. I wonder if there's another known way to create a query with such little information.

Hello noconclusion,

While Civi doesn't keep track of what mailing labels are printed, you are given the opportunity to save the .pdf file that is printed. There's one other option that you could use in the future, though it adds a step, you could add the contacts that are receiving said mailing to a smart group (or basic group for that matter). That way if you need to find those contacts again, you simply search for their group.
