Check Payment Option Selected by Default

Please can anyone help with this. On the contribution page, the I will send payment by check option is selected by default, is locked and cannot be edited. How can i correct this? Can anyone please help. Look at it here:

Thank you Hershel. The site is ok now but the pay later option is still locked and selected by default. KIndly help look at it.

Do you have any Payment Processors setup? This is not a pay later option. The text is:

I will send payment by check

which indicates you don't have any online payment processors or if you do, there is not one set for this page.

Thank you Hersehel. I actually have a payment processor set but some hacking went on at some point and even after  that it was still working until later. How can i set a payment processor set for the page?

Go to "Manage Contribution Pages" and edit the one in question to set the payment processor
