I am able to send reports fine from the Scheduled Job. However, There are multiple instanceId report I want to run. How do I add the instanceId=# with multiple Id report. I've tried instanceId=#,#,# and instanceId=# on separate line. Do I need to create a Separate mail_report within the Schedule Job for each instanceId?

yes, u'll need a separate call for each instance id

however it would be even better if you can contribute a patch back that allows an user to specify multiple instance ids (for the same report template). that would help quite a few other folks
