CiviCRM Mail Bounce and Activity Processing Error
January 21, 2013, 07:32:01 pm
I am getting this error returned from my CiviCRM cron job:
Code: [Select]
Failed Processing: Re: Sample CiviMail Newsletter, Action: r, Job ID: 17, Queue ID: 8, Hash: 80a84ac255c1e542. Reason: DB Error: syntax errorThis is a fresh install on a fresh server, I have tested both postfix and dovecot and they appear to be working properly. The mail log shows no errors. The result of this is that no bounces or replies are accepted by CiviCRM and so the reports are essentially blank.

Any one experience this before or have a solution?

I am still getting this error but I have been looking further into it. The reply mail items definitely arrive in the mailbox as expected. Bounce messages are there as well. When the cron job runs, the bounce message and reply message both disappear, so they are being processed. The bounce gets recorded, but the reply is not recorded or forwarded on to the from address.

Is there extra logging I can enable (or find) to try and track down where / what is causing the problem, the error message doesn't give me much. Perhaps something to give me a file and line number where its crashing so I can keep on tracking what might be happening.

Thanks.
