The CiviDay meet ups are a great way to start/further build local communities and a first step on the way to trainings, sprints and conferences and having lots of local CiviCRM users.

I think we should put in place some great infrastructure to help support people to do this and am really interested in your feedback on how we can do that.  I have this idea of a community development kit (nicked from http://www.jonobacon.org/2012/12/14/ubuntu-advocacy-development-kit-packaged/) and would really welcome your feedback on what we should put in that.

I'll start babbling below if no one else does :)
