Missing Profile from Civicontribute

I've created a new membership and want to attatch a profile to it in civicontribute.  I've done it twice already with no issues:

This 3rd profile is not selectable I'm not sure what the problem is.  All fields are public but still no go.

I've read http://forum.civicrm.org/index.php/topic,27352.msg116572.html#msg116572 but that seems to be the gotcha Ive already recreated the profile again with no luck.

Any thoughts?

Ive noticed the custom fields in this profile are for type organization

I get the error msg Cannot add or update profile field type "Club" with combination of "Individual"

club is a subtype of organization so basically do since organizations have such few fields do i just have to make a ton of custom data fields for clubs?
