New Profile Settings - "CiviCampaign" is not an option

When creating a new profile; CiviCampaign is not visible as a "Used for" selection. The selections are limited to “Standalone Form or Directory",  "Search Views", "Drupal User Registration", "View/Edit Drupal User Account".

In the 4.3 Drupal Sandbox, there are a number of user-defined profiles that are "Used For" "CiviCampaign".
In the settings view of those profiles, the "Used for" shows  [ x ] CiviCampaign ,as a non-editable selection.

I did not find any other posts related to this issue.  Not sure, if I skipped over something in the documentation or if it is a bug that needs to be fixed.

As profiles get used in other componets, those checkboxes appear as read only

so if u use a profile for event reg / donation pages, u'll see it come up in the "used for" line
