All my custom fields in joomla civicrm suddenly are not stored [urgent!!!]

I don't know why, maybe because of I have updated from 3.1 -> 3.2 but not sure when the problem occur

Anyone have any experience?
This is very urgent, please help!!!!!!!!!! I can provide my site info

What is your CMS (Drupal, Joomla?) and version?

Do you have any customized templates? any custom JS code?
