I created a profile that includes country and state/province.

I have the default country set to the U.S.

When a contact that is from Canada (who has their country and province set already) tries to use the profile to update their information the country selection is set to Canada but the state is missing and the drop down selection is a listing of U.S. states not Canadian provinces.  What's even stranger is that you can select another country and then reselect Canada and the dropdown is updated properly and you can select a Canadian province. Furthermore, you can save and then immediately return to the profile and it reverts back to the above state where you see the country but not the state and even says "Thank you. Your information has been saved." before you start editing again.
