February 02, 2013, 12:36:29 am
Hello everyone,
I'm new and I'd like to install this system very useful for our association;
I followed the guide to install CiviCRM on Drupal 7.19 and after installing it in my localhost I reported the following error Fatal error: Can not redeclare class CRM_Core_ClassLoader in / Applications/XAMPP/xamppfiles/htdocs/dp/sites/all/modules/CiviCRM/CRM/Core/ClassLoader.php on line 36, hence I tried to search the web a possible solution, but I have not found anything that did my case. do not you? could you help me? ??? ::) :'(

I already looked at the first link and it was not the same thing because I do not have a classLoader.php duplicate, so I tried to check on the internet is another possible solution but nothing ... maybe (this is my thought) when installing CiviCRM seemed stuck, as there is that it seemed, was locked! so I tried to reload the page to finish the installation, you may have created problems installing and I print these problems? I try to take a step back backup and proceed with a new installation? ???

Yes, that's possible. Delete sites/default/civicrm.settings.php and try to install again.

thanks for your time ... I resolved by reinstalling Drupal and CiviCRM because I had a previous backup, I had to do this because reinstalling only CiviCRM is not successful. ;)

I found myself facing a problem that after the new installation and after the translation into Italian when I go to enter the information of the non-profit I print the following error:

Sorry but we are not able to provide this at the moment.
DB Error: unknown error

why?

We would need more details. What page were you on and what details did you enter?

Can you also enable debugging in CiviCRM to get a better error message?

Your issue is a MySQL error of:

Thread stack overrun

and this is a server configuration problem. You should ask your host or sysadmin to fix this.

my site is installed locally, then I would not have anyone to ask who would be a problem for you show me the direction to try to resolve this?  :-\  :)

Sounds like you have Macintosh OS. I don't know exactly how that works, but look here:
