Error Importing Contacts on Civicrm WP plugin

I get the following error trying to Import Contacts. I'm using the CiviCRM plugin for Wordpress (v 4.2.7). Data looks perfectly fine, it's in CSV format (data comes from an old CiviCRM site on another server), it allows me to map all the fields, but then I get this error.  Any ideas?

There are warnings, not errors.  There is a difference, which means that your import may have succeeded despite the warnings. 

Did you try to continue despite the warnings?

Can you confirm the import completed?
