Paying by Paypal Standard changes to 'pay by cheque' at second screen

On this page - http://www.bapca.org.uk/the-association/membership/registration.html - selecting Pay by Paypal Standard ends up Pay Later on the next screen. All seems configured OK in the back end for the contribution page and payment processors.

I'm not sure how long this has been the case - I recently upgraded to 4.2.7.

Thanks Yashoda - yes, but there was a problem with the Paypal module so it wasn't selecting that. It seems to have been fixed for now.
